In order to explore the training mode of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists,the teaching methods and experience of traditional Chinese medicine clinical pharmacists in endocrine specialty were summarized.This model improves the professional ability of TCM clinical pharmacists by refining theoretical knowledge training,strengthening clinical practice,standardizing pharmaceutical care links,and making the entire training and teaching work in an orderly manner,providing a reference for the continuous improvement and standardization of TCM clinical pharmacist training.
