On June 17,CIIS President Xu Bu met with the visiting Ambassador of the United States to China Nicholas Burns.The two sides exchanged views on China-US relations as well as international and regional issues of mutual concern.Both recognized the crucial importance of China-US relations and agreed that the two countries should work together to strengthen communication,enhance cooperation,and properly manage differences.
