摘要
The resilience of global food security is at stake because of the changing climate,and the still raging coronavirus pandemic in recent years has only made the situation more alarming.At the Climate Ambition Summit in December 2020,Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out that“in meeting the climate challenge,no one can be aloof and unilateralism will get us nowhere.”1 As food governance becomes an important aspect of global governance,and a pattern of cooperation and competition among different actors in global food governance gradually takes shape.
