摘要
为解决偏远地区分散居住人口的用水问题,设计开发了小型移动式光伏扬水系统。以电动三轮车为移动载体,集成了光伏阵列、充放电与逆变控制器、水泵、电缆盘、水管车及水桶,根据实际应用中扬程多变的特点,水泵选用适应性更强的潜水螺杆泵,并以电动三轮车标配的蓄电池组作为小型移动式光伏扬水系统的储能单元。光伏阵列既能在电动三轮车停车时向蓄电池组充电或驱动水泵,又能在电动三轮车行驶过程中直接提供行驶动力。实验结果表明:设计开发的小型移动式光伏扬水系统的操控简单,性能良好,仅依靠太阳能就能满足取水、出行与运输等多用途需求,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to solve the water problem of scattered residents in remote areas,a small-scale mobile PV pumping system is designed and developed in this paper.Taking the electric tricycle as the mobile carrier,the PV array,charge and discharge and inverter controller,water pump,cable reel,water pipe cart and bucket are integrated.According to the characteristics of variable lift in practical application,the submersible screw pump with stronger adaptability is selected as the water pump,and the standard battery pack of the electric tricycle is used as the energy storage unit of the small-scale mobile PV pumping system.The PV array can not only charge the battery or drive the water pump when electric tricycle is parking,but also directly provide driving power during traveling of the electric tricycle.The experimental results show that the small-scale mobile PV pumping system designed and developed has simple operation and good performance.In particular,the small-scale mobile PV pumping system only relies on solar energy to meet multi-purpose needs such as water intake,travel and freight,and has broad application prospects.
