丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙对川崎病患儿症状改善和WBC、ESR水平的影响

Effect of Species C Globulin Combined with Methyl Prednisolone on Improved Symptoms and WBC,ESR Levels in Children with Kawasaki Disease

目的探讨丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙对川崎病患儿症状改善和白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平的影响。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月我院川崎病患儿72例,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组36例。对照组采用丙种球蛋白治疗,研究组采用丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗。比较两组疗效、临床症状消失时间、不良反应和治疗前后WBC、ESR水平变化。结果研究组总有效率94.44%(34/36)较对照组72.22%(26/36)高(P<0.05);研究组黏膜充血、发热、皮疹消失时间较对照组短(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组WBC、ESR水平较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率16.67%(6/36)与对照组5.56%(2/36)对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论丙种球蛋白联合甲泼尼龙治疗川崎病患儿可提高疗效,调节WBC、ESR水平,改善临床症状,其不良反应发生率低。

Objective To investigate the effect of species C globulin combined with methylprednilone on symptom improvement and leukocyte cell count(WBC),erythrocyte settlement rate(ESR)levels in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods 72 children with Kawasaki disease from April 2018 to April 2020 were divided into study groups(n=36)and control groups(n=36)according to the randomized digital table.Control group were treated with C globulin and the study group was treated with C globulin combined with methylprednisolone.Comparing two groups compared efficacy,time of clinical symptom disappearance,adverse reactions and changes in WBC,ESR levels before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency was 94.44%(34/36)than 72.22%(26/36)(P<0.05);the mucosal congestion,fever and rash were shorter than control group(P<0.05)(P<0.05);after treatment,the WBC,ESR level was lower than control(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 16.67%(6/36)and 5.56%(2/36)(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of species C globulin combined with prednisolone in children with Kawasaki disease can improve efficacy,regulate WBC,ESR level and improve clinical symptoms with low incidence of adverse reactions.
