前列腺癌患者骨转移性疼痛的治疗及护理研究现状

Research on Treatment and Nursing of Metastatic Bone Pain in Patients with Prostate Cancer

PCa是男性最常见的上皮性恶性肿瘤,其发病较为隐蔽,患者早期以骨骼疼痛为主要表现,病症一旦确定,通常已处于病症晚期且已发生了骨转移。骨转移癌痛极为强烈而难以自控,对病患身心伤害极严重。临床目前治疗疼痛主要采取三阶梯止痛方法。本文就PCa骨转移疼痛病患的治疗及护理进行了相关综述,旨在为临床医护提供一定参考。

PCa is a relatively hidden malignant epithelial tumor commonly found in men,patients are mainly characterized by bone pain in the early stage.Once it is confirmed,it is usually in late stage and bone metastasis has occurred.Metastatic bone cancer pain is one of the most painful cancers and it is difficult to control,now three-step analgesic method is usually adopted to relieve pain.The paper reviewed treatment and nursing of patients with PCa metastatic bone pain to provide reference for clinical treatment.
