摘要
液化烃球罐为压力储罐,液化烃为甲A类液体,其气体比重比空气重,一旦发生泄漏会在空气中迅速气化,体积迅速膨胀250~300倍左右,极易形成爆炸性气体。液化烃气体爆炸下限低且爆炸极限的范围较宽,如果泄漏遇到静电或者火源可能发生爆炸,液化烃燃烧速度快、火焰温度高,极易引燃周围的可燃物质造成生产安全事故。液化烃球罐现场仪表的合理选型、控制系统的安全设置,直接影响到整个液化烃储运设施的安全。本文从自控专业设计角度介绍液化烃球罐区的自动化仪表的选型和控制方案。
The liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tank is a pressure storage tank.The liquefied hydrocarbon is a Class A liquid,and its gas specific gravity is heavier than that of air.Once a leak occurs,it will be rapidly vaporized in the air,and its volume will rapidly expand by about 250 to 300 times,which is very easy to form Explosive gas.Liquefied hydrocarbon gas has a low explosion limit and a wide range of explosion limits.If the leakage encounters static electricity or a fire source,it may explode.Liquefied hydrocarbons burn quickly and have high flame temperature,which can easily ignite surrounding combustible substances and cause production safety accidents.The rational selection of on-site instruments for the liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tank and the safety setting of the control system directly affect the safety of the entire liquefied hydrocarbon storage and transportation facility.This paper introduces the selection and control scheme of automatic instruments in the liquefied hydrocarbon spherical tank farm from the perspective of professional automatic control design.
