RCEP对中国金融服务贸易竞争力的影响研究

Research on the Impact of RCEP on the Competitiveness of China’s Financial Services Trade

基于中国金融全方位开放与RCEP生效的背景,采用G-L、MIIT、TC、RCA指数分别对中国金融服务产业内贸易和竞争力进行了综合性分析;其次,从双循环发展新格局、高水平对外开放、金融风险防控、同业竞争、跨境数据安全管理的角度探讨了RCEP对中国金融服务发展的机遇与挑战;然后,基于钻石模型创新地设计了产业内贸易与竞争力提升的高级要素培育路径、市场竞争扩张路径、金融产品升级路径;最后得出结论:中国可借助RCEP积极参与国际金融服务规则的制定,增强与亚太其他国家的金融互信与合作,提升金融服务产业内贸易与竞争力水平,进而扩大在国际金融市场上的影响力。

Based on the background of China’s all-round financial opening and the effectiveness of RCEP, firstly,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of China’s intra industry trade and competitiveness of financial services by using G-L, MIIT, TC and RCA indexes;secondly, it discusses the opportunities and challenges of RCEP to the development of China’s financial service trade from the perspective of the new pattern of double cycle development, high-level opening to the outside world, financial risk prevention and control, horizontal competition and cross-border data security management;then, based on the diamond model, this paper creatively designs the high-level factor cultivation path, market competition expansion path and financial product upgrading path of intra industry trade and competitiveness improvement in China’s financial services industry;finally, it is concluded that China can actively participate in the formulation of international financial service rules with the help of RCEP,enhance financial mutual trust and cooperation with other countries in the Asia Pacific, improve the level of intra industry trade and competitiveness of financial services, and then expand its influence in the international financial market.
