产教融合视角下高职院校跨境电子商务创新创业人才培养模式研究 被引量:8

Research on the Training Mode of Cross-border E-commerce Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industry-education Integration

摘要 双循环经济战略为我国跨境电商产业高质量发展创造新契机的同时,也对高职院校跨境电商专业人才培养提出了更高的要求。然而,跨境电子商务作为新兴专业,高职院校在人才培养的数量及质量方面并不能满足市场需求。为此,从“双师型”师资队伍建设、校企共建平台、人才培养方案融合与评价机制优化等方面挖掘提升跨境电子商务专业学生创新创业能力的改革举措。通过构建产教深度融合的人才培养模式,满足行业对跨境电商创新创业人才的需求,并为地方高职院校创新人才培养模式提供更具实效性的发展思路。 The dual circulation economy strategy creates new opportunities for the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce industry in our country, and it also puts forward higher requirements for the training of cross-border e-commerce professionals in vocational colleges. However, as cross-border e-commerce is an emerging major, vocational colleges cannot fulfill the requirement of market demand about the quantity and quality of talent training. So, this research explores reform measures to improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in cross-border e-commerce from the aspects of “double-qualified” teacher team construction, college-enterprise co-construction platform, talent training program integration and evaluation mechanism optimization. By building a talent training model with deep of industry-education integration, it can fulfill the industry’s demand for cross-border e-commerce innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and provide more effective development ideas for the innovative talent training model of local higher vocational colleges.
