摘要
采用CFD软件,对空调新风模块的内部流场进行数值模拟,仿真发现新风模块的出口和蜗舌处出现较大范围低速区和回流,导致新风模块的气动噪音较大,本文针对这个问题提出了在出口增加挡块结构方案,仿真和试验结果表明,出口增加挡块可以改善出口处气流的流动情况,出口低速区消失,噪音降低1.2 dB(A)。
The CFD software is used to numerically simulate the flow field inside the ventilation module of air conditioner.The simulation found that a large range of low-velocity zone and backflow occurred at the outlet and volute tongue of ventilation module,resulting in greater aerodynamic noise of the ventilation module.In response to this problem,this paper proposes a block structure at the outlet,Simulation and test results show that adding a stopper at the outlet can improve the flow of air at the outlet,the low-speed area at the outlet disappears,and the noise is reduced by1.2 dB(A).
