空调外机热缩膜包装设备工艺研究

Research on the Process of Heat-Shrinkable Film Packaging Equipment for Air Conditioner Outdoor Unit

目前国内空调外机普遍使用瓦楞纸箱进行包装运输,纸箱的原材料资源短缺且价格昂贵。一种新型的热缩膜包装材料已经在行业内应用,若将热缩膜应用在外机上,将带来可观的经济效益。通过对比塑料薄膜的各项性能,确定使用LDPE作为热缩膜替换现有包装材料。通过设计一台全自动上料、套膜、封切、热收缩、下料的热缩膜包装设备,阐述其加工工艺流程,设定工艺参数,优化包装泡沫的结构,实现热缩膜在空调外机上的应用。

At present,cardboard boxes are commonly used in outdoor unit of air conditioners for packaging and transport,the raw materials of cardboard boxes is shortage and expensive.A new type of thermal film packaging has been applied in industries.If it is applied on the air conditioners,it will bring considerable benefits.By comparing the performance of the thermal film,it is determined to use LDPE as a thermal film to replace the existing packaging material,and to design a fully automatic feeding,covering,sealing and cutting,heat shrinking and delivery.Introduce its processing,set process parameters,verifies packaging effects,and optimizes the structure of packaging foam.Realize the application of thermal film on the outdoor unit of air conditioner.
