摘要
针对南海某导管架平台打桩时桩的初始入泥深度不足的问题,提出使用替打的工作方案;当打桩深度为98 m时,为了避免打桩锤套与结构保护罩之间发生干涉,进一步核实所需要采用的替打长度;使用GRLWEAP打桩分析软件进行启动可打入性分析和连续可打入性分析,将现场实际测量结果与数值模拟结果进行对比,验证数值模拟计算的准确性。结果表明:采用替打进行打桩时,桩距离保护罩最近的距离为236 mm,不会影响已布置的保护罩;对于锤击数远小于900的拒锤数,认为使用所设计的替打方案进行打桩工作是可行的。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient initial mud penetration depth of a jacket platform of South China Sea during pile driving,the alternative pile driving scheme is proposed.The alternative pile driving length is verified to avoid the interference between the pile driving sleeve and structural protective cover when the pile driving depth is 98 m.By GRLWEAP software,the feasibility of start-up and continuous pile driving is analyzed,and the accuracy of numerical simulation is verified by comparing the actual measurement results with the numerical simulation results.The results show that:when pile driving,the nearest distance between the pile and protective cover is 236 mm,which will not affect the protective cover;the blow count is far less than the number of repelling hammering of 900,and it is feasible to use the alternative pile driving scheme designed.
