高校辅导员与专业教师协同育人机制内涵、功能及构建路径 被引量:7

摘要 “三全育人”的理念共识不断深入,课程思政在实践中不断推进,辅导员和专业教师作为高校育人中两支重要的力量,各自担负着立德树人的使命责任,在“三全育人”的工作格局下,优化分工与协作,实施两者之间的协同育人作用,取得各具特色的做法和经验,但也存在一些问题,关键是辅导员与专业教师的协同育人长效性的机制尚未构建。文章旨在从两者的协同育人存在的问题及机制构建进行探讨,为高校推进两者协同育人的实践提供依据。 The consensus on the concept of"All Three Education"is constantly deepening,and ideological and political education is constantly advancing in practice.As two important forces in the education of colleges,counselors and professional teachers each bear the mission and responsibility of cultivating people.Under the work pattern of"All Three Education",optimize the division of labor and collaboration,implement the coordinated education between the two,and obtain unique practices and experiences.However,there are still some problems.The key is that the long-term mechanism of collaborative education between counselors and professional teachers has not yet been established.This study aims to discuss the problems and mechanism construction of the cooperative education of the two,and provide a reference for colleges to promote the practice of the cooperative education of the two.
