阿卡波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果研究

Effect of Acarbose Combined with Insulin Glargine in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨阿卡波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果。方法:选择新疆生产建设兵团第十一师卡子湾医院2019年7月-2021年7月收治的90例2型糖尿病患者,随机数表法分为两组,各45例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组给予阿卡波糖联合甘精胰岛素治疗,两组持续治疗60 d。比较两组血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)],肠道激素[血清抑胃肽(GIP)、胰升血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)、空腹C肽(C-P)],炎性因子水平[白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)]和不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者血清FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、GIP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清GLP-1、C-P水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IL-6水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,治疗后两组患者血清IL-4、IL-10水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿卡波糖联合甘精胰岛素可有效调节2型糖尿病患者炎性因子和肠道激素水平,有效控制血糖水平,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of acarbose combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetesmellitus.Methods:A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Jiawan Hospital of the 11th Division of XinjiangProduction and Construction Corps from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 cases ineach group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with insulin glargine and the observation group was treatedwith acarbose combined with insulin glargine,for 60 days.The blood glucose indexes [fasting blood glucose(FBG),2-hourpostprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)],intestinal hormones [serum gastric inhibitory peptide(GIP),glucagon like peptide-1(GLP-1),fasting C-peptide(C-P)],inflammatory factor levels [interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serumFBG,2 h PG,Hb A1c and GIP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than thecontrol group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Acarbose combined with insulin glargine can effectively regulate inflammatory factors and intestinal hormonelevels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,effectively control blood glucose levels and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
