重组人干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危人乳头瘤病毒感染的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Recombinant Human Interferon in Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis and High-Risk Human Papillavirus Infection

目的:探讨重组人干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的效果。方法:选取2018年12月-2021年12月东明县妇幼保健院计划生育服务中心收治的100例慢性宫颈炎合并高危HPV感染患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院单号尾数的奇偶性分为参照组与研究组,各50例。参照组采用保妇康栓进行治疗,研究组采用重组人干扰素进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白带异常消失时间、腹部疼痛消失时间、高危HPV转阴时间以及住院时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组白细胞介素1、白细胞介素2、白细胞介素6及肿瘤坏死因子水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组CD3~+细胞分数、CD4~+细胞分数高于参照组,超敏C反应蛋白水平低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后HPV转阴率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用重组人干扰素治疗慢性宫颈炎合并高危HPV感染患者的效果显著,能够有效降低患者炎症因子水平,增强免疫功能,缩短症状消失时间及高危HPV转阴时间,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of recombinant human interferon on treating chronic cervicitis and high-risk humanpapillavirus(HPV) infection.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic cervicitis and high risk of HPV infection who wereadmitted to Family Planning Service Center,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Dongming County from December 2018 toDecember 2121 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into reference group and study group according to theodd and even numbers of the end of admission order number,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated withBaofukang suppository,and the study group was treated with recombinant human interferon.The therapeutic effects of patients inthe two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in thereference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of abnormal leucorrhea disappearance,abdominal pain disappearance,high-risk HPV negative conversion and hospitalization in the study group were shorter than thosein the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin 1,interleukin 2,interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factor in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)cell fraction and CD4^(+)cell fraction in the study group were higher thanthose in the reference group,and the level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was lower than that in the reference group,withstatistically significant differences(P<0.05).The HPV negative conversion rate in the study group was higher than that in thereference group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant humaninterferon is effective in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with high-risk HPV infection,which can effectively decrease the levelsof inflammatory factors,enhance immune function,and shorten the time of symptom disappearance and high-risk HPV negativeconversion,thus improving the treatment effect.
