艾灸缓解夜戴型角膜塑形镜对青少年泪膜的影响分析

Analysis on Moxibustion Relieves the Effect of Night-Wearing Orthokeratology Lenses on Adolescents’ Tear Film

目的:分析艾灸缓解夜戴型角膜塑形镜对青少年泪膜的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年5月在南京中医药大学连云港附属医院眼科确诊为近视并佩戴夜戴型角膜塑形镜的患者50例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各25例。对照组仅佩戴角膜塑形镜,观察组在对照组基础上予以艾灸治疗。比较两组患者佩戴角膜塑形镜前和佩戴角膜塑形镜后1个月、3个月、6个月的泪液分泌量(SIt)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜染色评分等情况。结果:戴镜后,观察组BUT高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组戴镜后SIt、角膜染色评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组佩戴角膜塑形镜1个月、3个月、6个月后的BUT均低于戴镜前,角膜染色评分高于戴镜前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);戴镜前后SIt比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组佩戴角膜塑形镜1个月、3个月、6个月后的BUT水低于戴镜前,角膜染色评分高于戴镜前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);戴镜前后SIt比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸治疗能缓解夜戴型角膜塑形镜对青少年泪膜质量的影响。

Objective:To analyze the role of moxibustion to relieve the effect of night-wearing orthokeratology lenses on the adolescents’ tear film.Methods:A total of 50 adolescent myopia patients with night-wearing orthokeratology lenses who were diagnosed in Department of Ophthalmology,Lianyungang Affiliated Hospital,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from February 2018 to May 2020 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 25cases in each group.The control group was given orthokeratology lenses alone and the observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The tear secretion(Slt),breakup time of tear film(BUT),and corneal staining of patients in the two groups before and 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after wearing orthokeratology lenses.Results:After wearing lenses,the BUT in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In the control group,the BUT after wearing orthokeratology lenses for 1 month,3 months and 6 months was lower than that before wearing lenses,and the corneal staining score was higher than that before wearing lenses,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).In the observation group after wearing orthokeratology lenses for 1 month,3 months and 6 months,the BUT was lower than that before wearing lenses,and the corneal staining score was higher than that before wearing lenses,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion can relieve the effect of night-wearing orthokeratology lenses on the quality of adolescents’ tear film.
