头针联合体针治疗血管性痴呆的效果研究

Treatment Effect of Scalp Acupuncture Plus Body Acupuncture on Vascular Dementia

目的:探讨头针联合体针治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法:选择2019年7月-2020年10月苏州工业园区星海医院收治的60例血管性痴呆患者,将采取单纯体针治疗的25例患者作为对照组,将采取头针联合体针治疗的35例患者作为观察组。对比两组患者治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)评分情况以及血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)水平变化情况。结果:治疗后观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TC、TRIG、LDL水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗血管性痴呆患者中使用头针联合体针能取得良好的治疗效果,可改善患者智能状态、日常生活能力,调节脂类代谢异常,疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture in the treatment of vascular dementia.Methods:Sixty patients with vascular dementia treated in Xinghai Hospital of Suzhou Industrial Park from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected.25 patients treated with simple body acupuncture were used as the control group,and 35 patients treated with scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture were used as the observation group.The scores of Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Self-care of Daily Living(ADL) and the changes of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TRIG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The MMSE score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TRIG and LDL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with vascular dementia,scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture has good application effect,can improve the patient’s intelligent state and activities of daily living,regulate lipid metabolism abnormalities,and have exact effect.
