腔镜及LEEP刀手术切除妇科标本的病理检查及诊断效果研究

Study on Pathological Examination and Diagnosis Effect of Gynecological Specimen Excision by Laparoscopy and Leep Knife Surgery

目的:分析腔镜及LEEP刀手术切除妇科标本的病理诊断效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月-2020年11月在常德市妇幼保健院妇科行腔镜和LEEP刀手术的86例患者临床资料,患者均在实施手术前进行临床诊断,实行腔镜和LEEP刀手术后,将切除的标本进行组织学病理诊断。结果:腔镜和LEEP刀手术切除妇科标本中,经组织学病理诊断确诊的病例占79.07%,组织学病理诊断与临床资料联合确诊的患者占11.63%;组织学病理诊断结果与手术前临床诊断结果的相符率为90.70%。结论:腔镜和LEEP刀手术切除妇科标本的病理诊断效果较好,但诊断时需与临床资料充分结合,提升诊断结果的准确度。

Objective:To analyze the pathological diagnosis results of gynecological specimens obtained from laparoscopy and Leep knife surgical resection.Methods:The clinical data of 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic and Leep knife surgery in the Gynecology Department of Changde Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative clinical diagnosis was performed for all patients.After laparoscopy and Leep knife surgical resection,the histopathological diagnosis of surgically excised specimens was obtained.Results:Among gynecological specimens obtained by laparoscopic surgery and Leep knife surgical resection,79.07% of the cases were confirmed by histopathological diagnosis,and 11.63% of the cases were confirmed by histopathological diagnosis and clinical data.The coincidence rate of the histopathological diagnosis results and the preoperative clinical diagnosis results was 90.70%.Conclusion:The laparoscopy and Leep knife surgical resection of gynecological specimens have better pathological diagnosis results,but the diagnosis needs to be fully combined with clinical data to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.
