Nursing Risk Analysis and Preventive Measures in Neurosurgery

目的:分析神经外科患者的护理风险因素,并采取有效的防范策略。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年12月聊城市人民医院脑科医院神经外科收治的130例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各65例。观察组根据护理风险因素采取针对性的防范策略,对照组采取常规护理。观察两组护理满意度、护患纠纷发生率及护理质量评分。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护患纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据神经外科患者的护理风险因素,对其采取有效的防范策略,能够提高护理满意度,减少护患纠纷的发生,促进护理质量水平得到显著改善。

Objective:To analyze the nursing risk factors of neurosurgery patients,and to take effective preventive strategies.Methods:From February 2018 to December 2020,130 patients in Department of Neurosurgery,Liaocheng People’s Hospital Brain Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 65 cases in each group.The observation group adopted targeted prevention strategies according to nursing risk factors,while the control group adopted routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction,incidence of nurse-patient disputes and nursing quality scores were observed in the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the nursing risk factors of neurosurgery patients,effective preventive strategies can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes,and promote the significant improvement of nursing quality level.
