针对性护理干预在急诊宫外孕患者中的应用价值及满意度分析

Application Value and Satisfaction Analysis of Targeted Nursing Intervention in Emergency Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨针对性护理干预在急诊宫外孕患者中的应用价值及对患者满意度的影响。方法:选取泰安市妇幼保健院2021年1月-2022年1月收治的200例宫外孕患者,随机分为干预组和对照组,各100例。两组患者均行输卵管切开术和输卵管切除术等手术治疗,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予针对性护理。观察两组患者恢复情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果:干预组腹痛消失时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间和术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理干预能够明显提高急诊宫外孕患者的护理质量,提升患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of targeted nursing intervention in the emergency patients with ectopic pregnancy and the impact on patient’s satisfaction.Methods:A total of 200 patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with salpingotomy and salpingectomy and other surgical treatment,the control group was given routine nursing and the intervention group was given targeted nursing.The recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:Abdominal pain disappearance time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay in the intervention group were all shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted nursing intervention can significantly improve the nursing quality of emergency patients with ectopic pregnancy,improve patient’s satisfaction,and deserve clinical promotion.
