预防保健护理在老年高血压患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Preventive Health Care in Elderly Patients with Hypertension

目的:观察老年高血压患者应用预防保健护理的效果。方法:选取山东省济南市历城区全福办事处农科院社区卫生服务站2019年7月-2020年9月收治的老年高血压患者94例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例。观察组实施预防保健护理,对照组实施常规护理。观察两组患者健康知识掌握情况、自我护理能力、血压水平。结果:干预后,观察组用药知识、运动知识、疾病知识、饮食知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自我责任感、自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识水平评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者应用预防保健护理,能提高患者健康知识掌握情况及自我护理能力,有效降低其血压水平,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of preventive health care in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:A total of 94elderly patients with hypertension in Community Health Service Station of Academy of Agricultural Sciences,Quanfu Office,Licheng District,Jinan City from July 2019 to September 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The observation group was given preventive health care and the control group was given routine nursing.The mastery of health knowledge,self-care ability,and blood pressure level of patients in two groups were observed.Results:After intervention,the scores of medication knowledge,exercise knowledge,disease knowledge,and diet knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-responsibility,self-care skills,self-concept,and health knowledge level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of preventive health care in elderly patients with hypertension can improve the mastery of health knowledge and self-care ability of patients,effectively reduce their blood pressure level,which is worthy of promotion and application.
