新型生命保障系统对飞行员离心机模拟空战机动的防护效果 被引量:3

Effect of new life support system on the pilot protection in centrifuge simulated aerial combat maneuver

摘要 目的观察新型生命保障系统对飞行员离心机模拟空战动作(simulated aerial combat maneuver,SACM)的防护效果。方法离心机SACM包含5个持续10 s的+4.5 Gz平台、4个持续10 s的+7.0 Gz平台和1个持续15 s的+2.0 Gz平台的交替作用,总时长为120 s,+Gz增长率为6 G/s,4名受试者采用新型生命保障系统,进行SACM离心机暴露,观察面罩压、服装压、抗荷耐力、心率等指标的变化。结果 4名受试者均完成了总时长120 s的SACM离心机试验,且主诉良好,在SACM各个G值平台期未出现视觉变化,无G-LOC发生;面罩压与服装压均在公差范围内。结论新型生命保障系统能够实现对快增长率SACM的有效防护。 Objective To observe the+Gz protection effect of new life support system on the subjects in centrifuge simulated aerial combat maneuver(SACM).Methods Four subjects were exposed to SACM centrifuge profile which was composed of five+4.5 Gz for 10 s,four+7.0 Gz for 10 s and one+2.0 Gz for 15 s with an onset rate of 6 G/s.Employing new pilots life support system,the changes of mask pressure,suit pressure,+Gz tolerance and heart rate(HR)were observed during the experiment.Results All the 4 subjects accomplished the 120 s SACM centrifuge exposure without any unfavorable report or any visual change at each+Gz plateau.There was no incidence of G-LOC.The mask pressure and suit pressure were within the tolerance range.Conclusions New life support system can offer a satisfactory+Gz protection for the SACM with a fast onset rate.
