夜视沙盘植被涂料光学仿真效果分析

Optical simulation effect analysis of green plant coatings on night vision terrain board

摘要 目的确定夜视沙盘植被模型外表面涂料最优光学仿真选型,确保夜视沙盘仿真模型光学仿真度。方法在相同的温度、湿度环境条件下,采用一致的喷涂工艺,将选型涂料制成同基材仿真样本,选型涂料包括绿色(1号)、来檬绿(2号)、深橄榄绿(3号)、赭色(4号)、浅绿色(5号)、黄绿色(6号)6种颜色。由5名志愿者佩戴夜视镜在夜视暗室中对仿真样本与实物样本的主观亮度感知进行比较,用亮度近似度评价样本的光学仿真逼真度。使用光谱辐射亮度计在夜视暗室中测量仿真样本和实物样本的辐射亮度。结果①在高照度(0.1 lx)下,受试者对不同仿真样本与实物样本亮度近似度的主观感知差异无统计学意义;在低照度(0.01 lx和0.003 lx)下,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同一样本不同照度下受试者对1、2、3、4、6号仿真样本与实物样本亮度近似度的主观感知差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对5号仿真样本与实物样本亮度近似度的主观感知差异无统计学意义。受试者对5号仿真样本与实物样本的主观亮度感知近似度最高,在高、中、低照度下分别为92%、97%、98%,4号样本次之(91%、95%、98%)。②光谱辐射亮度测量结果:6号仿真样本亮度最高;5号仿真样本亮度与实物样本亮度较接近但低于实物样本,其光谱特性与实物样本最接近。结论在夜视镜下,5号(浅绿色)仿真样本与实物样本亮度较为接近,为最优选型样本,可满足夜视沙盘仿真模型外表面光学仿真逼真度要求。 Objective To determine the optimal lectotype of the surface coating of plants on the terrain board,and ensure the optical simulation degree of green plant model on the night vision terrain board.Methods At the same temperature and humidity conditions,the selected coatings were made into the same base material for testing with the same spraying process.The selected coatings included green(No.1),lime green(No.2),dark olive green(No.3),sienna(No.4),palegreen(No.5)and yellow green(No.6).Five volunteers wearing night vision googles were arranged to compare the subjective brightness perception of the simulated samples and the material samples in the night vision darkroom,and the optical simulation fidelity of the samples was evaluated by luminance approximation.The radiance of simulated samples and material samples was measured by spectral radiometer.Results①Under high illumination(0.1 lx),there was no significant difference on subjective perception of luminance approximation between simulation samples and material samples;under low illumination(0.01 lx and 0.003 lx),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).For the same sample but under different illuminations,there were significant differences on subjective perception of luminance approximation for simulated samples 1,2,3,4,and 6(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference on subjective perception between simulated sample 5 and material samples.Subjective luminance perception similarity to sample 5 and material sample of subjects was the highest,and it was 92%,97%,98%corresponding to the illumination of 0.1,0.01,and 0.003 lx.Then the sample 4(91%,95%,98%).②The measurement results of spectral radiance:the brightness of simulated sample 6 was the highest;the brightness of simulated sample 5 was close to but lower than that of material sample,and its spectral characteristics were closest to the material sample.Conclusions Under the night vision googles,sample 5(pale green)is close to the material sample,which is the best type of sample.It can meet the requirements of optical fidelity of the night vision terrain board.
