^(99)Tc^(m)药物注射人员甲状腺、眼晶体和手部受照水平的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:监测医院核医学科锝99(^(99)Tc^(m))药物注射过程中注射人员甲状腺、眼晶体和手部的受照剂量,为评估注射过程中辐射危害及对注射人员的放射防护提供参考。方法:采用光致发光(OSL)剂量计对注射人员进行个人剂量监测。对8名医院核医学科^(99)Tc^(m)药物注射人员分别在其甲状腺、眼睛和手部的3个部位佩戴OSL剂量计,8名注射人员共用一套3个OSL剂量计,采用防护屏蔽设施为注射铅车6 mm Pb、隔室观察铅玻璃5 mm Pb、注射器铅套4 mm Pb、铅衣0.5 mm Pb及铅围脖0.5 mm Pb。8名注射人员佩戴3个OSL剂量计时长为20个月,每3个月测量每人3个部位的个人剂量当量分别为Hp(10)、Hp(3)和Hp(0.07),8名注射人员均接受常规外照射个人剂量监测,评估注射人员甲状腺、眼晶体和手部的受照剂量。结果:8名^(99)Tc^(m)药物注射人员的年平均注射10 908例患者,操作^(99)Tc^(m)药物7 784 GBq,注射人员甲状腺、眼晶体和手部的年平均受照剂量分别为0.189 mSv/a、0.057 mSv/a及11.67 mSv/a。8名注射人员的常规外照射个人剂量监测结果中除1人次外,其余所有人员的全身剂量均低于探测下限72μSv。结论:监测结果显示,操作^(99)Tc^(m)药物注射人员虽然直接接触放射性药物,但在操作中合理使用防护屏蔽用品,可以有效防护^(99)Tc^(m)药物的外照射。 Objective:To monitor the radiation doses on thyroid,eye lens and hands of operators who injected technetium-99(^(99)Tc^(m)) radiopharmaceutical during injection in nuclear medicine department,so as to provide reference for assessing radiation hazards in injection and radiation protection on operators.Methods:Optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) dosimeters were used to monitor individual dose.A set of OSL monitoring devices included 3dosimeters,which were respectively worn on the thyroid gland,eyes and hands of each operator who implemented the injection of ^(99)Tc^(m) radiopharmaceutical for patients,and 8 operators shared one set.The adopted protective shielding facilities included injection lead vehicle with 6 mm Pb,lead glass with 5 mm Pb for observation of compartment,lead sleeve with 4 mm Pb of syringe,lead clothing with 0.5 mm Pb and lead neckerchief with 0.5 mm Pb.The duration that 8 operators worn 3 OSL dosimeters was 20 months,and the measured individual dose equivalents of the 3 positions were Hp(10),Hp(3) and Hp(0.07) in each 3 months,respectively.All 8 injection operators received individual dose monitoring of routine external exposure so as to assess the exposure doses of thyroid,eye lens and hands of them.Results:The annually average injection number of 8 operators who implemented injection of ^(99)Tc^(m) radiopharmaceutical was 10908 patients,the operated ^(99)Tc^(m) was 7784 GBq,and the annually average exposure doses on thyroid,eye lens and hands of operators were 0.189 mSv/a,0.057 mSv/a and 11.67 mSv/a,respectively.In the monitoring results of individual dose of routinely external exposure for 8 operators,the whole-body dose of 7 operators was lower than the lower limit(72μSv) excepted 1 operator.Conclusion:The monitoring results showed that although the operators engaged in ^(99)Tc^(m) medication injection directly contact with radiopharmaceuticals,reasonable use of protective shielding facilities can effectively protect the operators from the external exposure of ^(99)Tc^(m) in operation.
