摘要
分析超声成像设备换能器(探头)的结构组成及功能原理,探讨超声探头常见故障的维修路径。按照超声探头结构功能的不同,分别从换能器、信号处理电路及辅助器件等方面进行工作原理分析。根据故障现象分析故障原因,通过观测、替换以及测试等方法逐一进行排查,制定规范化的故障维修策略,以提高临床服务技术保障质量。
Objective:To analyze the structural composition and functional principle of ultrasound imaging equipment transducers and to explore the maintenance paths of common faults of ultrasound transducers.According to the different structure functions of the ultrasound transducer,the working principle of the transducer was analyzed from the aspects of the transducer,signal processing circuit and auxiliary devices.The causes of fault were analyzed according to fault phenomenon,the fault was inspected one by one with the methods of observation,replacement and testing,and standard fault maintenance strategy was established to improve the quality of clinical service.
