摘要
配电变压器制造厂商众多,质量层次不齐,配电变压器的质量评估显得尤为重要.基于历史抽检记录,构建一种配电变压器的质量评价指标体系.首先,引进直觉模糊层次分析法,确定评判指标权重集;其次,建立起灰色模糊评判矩阵,进行综合评估;最后,对某批次抽检变压器进行案例分析,验证了文中给出的指标体系和评估方法的合理性.
Quality evaluation of distribution transformers is particularly important because there are many manufacturers of distribution transformers and their quality level is not uniform.Based on historical sampling records,it is established that quality evaluation index system for distribution transformers.Firstly,it was introduced to determine the weight set of evaluation indexes that intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,grey fuzzy evaluation matrix was established to carry out comprehensive evaluation.Finally,it was carried out to verify the rationality of the index system and evaluation method in this paper that a case study of sampling transformer.
