高抗拉强度高延伸率铜包钢丝生产工艺分析

摘要 为满足工业机器人线缆需求,采用先进的双铜带热熔包覆工艺,选择合理的管式炉退火工艺和拉拔工艺,制备高抗拉强度高延伸率的双金属铜包钢丝复合材料。经过试验,成品铜包钢丝的抗拉强度大于480 MPa,延伸率大于25%,可满足机器人摇臂线缆对铜包钢丝双金属复合导体材料的要求。双铜带热熔包覆工艺是未来铜包钢丝双金属复合材料工艺优化和改进的发展方向。 To meet the needs of industrial robot cables,bimetallic copper clad steel wire composites with high tensile strength and high elongation are prepared by adopting advanced double copper strip hot melt coating process and selecting reasonable annealing process and drawing process.The tensile strength of finished copper clad steel wire is greater than 480 MPa,and the elongation is greater than 25%,which can meet requirements of robot rocker arm cable for copper clad steel wire bimetallic composite conductor material.The hot melt coating process of double copper strip is development direction of process optimization and improvement of copper clad steel wire bimetallic composites in future.
