摘要
通过常规试验研究φ5.0 mm 1960 MPa锌-铝合金镀层钢丝以及127-φ5.0 mm锌铝合金镀层钢丝索股的抗疲劳性能,探讨桥梁缆索用高强度钢丝疲劳失效的特点和主缆疲劳寿命预估曲线,给全寿命周期内主缆钢丝及索股的疲劳寿命估算分析提供参考依据。
The fatigue resistance of diameter 5.0 mm 1960 MPa zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire and 127 diameter 5.0 mm zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire strands was studied by conventional test,fatigue failure characteristics of high strength steel wire for bridge cables and fatigue life prediction curve of main cable were discussed,reference for fatigue life estimation and analysis of main cable steel wire and cable strands in whole life cycle is provided.
