空管“智慧台站”系统建设实例分析

摘要 随着国内民航事业的不断发展,空管通信导航监视设备也与日俱增,相应的空管外台站的运行和管理难度也变得更大,传统的台站管理模式暴露出更多弊端和隐患。为响应“四强空管”建设目标,“智慧台站”建设恰逢其时。大数据分析、图像识别等新技术的发展也让“智慧台站”具备了硬件及技术基础。该文结合民航安徽空管分局“智慧台站”建设实例,详细介绍空管“智慧台站”系统设计过程以及给台站管理带来的提升和转变。 With the continuous development of domestic civil aviation,the air traffic control communication,navigation and monitoring equipment is also increasing day by day,the operation and management of the corresponding air traffic control stations have become more difficult,and the traditional station management mode has exposed more drawbacks and hidden dangers.In response to the construction goal of the"top four air traffic control",the construction of"smart station"is timely.The development of new technologies such as big data analysis and image recognition have also provided the"smart station"with hardware and technical foundation.Combined with the construction example of"smart station"of Anhui Air Traffic Control Branch,this paper introduces in detail the design process of the smart station system of air traffic control and the promotion and transformation brought to the station management.
