航班时刻挤兑现象研究

摘要 定义航班时刻挤兑现象,研究终端区航班时刻挤兑现象的形成原因,从终端区容流匹配的角度,结合空管的日常限制,探讨解决该现象的方法,并通过实际数据说明临时计划调整对于解决航班时刻挤兑现象的可行性。试图在航班量逐年增加的情况下,探求提升航班正常性的更优解法,为后续航班临时计划调整奠定基础。 This paper defines the phenomenon of flight schedule congestion,studies the reason for this phenomenon in the terminal area,discusses the methods to solve this phenomenon from the perspective of capacity and flow matching,combining the daily restrictions of air traffic control,also explains that the feasibility of temporary flight schedule adjustment can solve flight schedule congestion through actual data.In the case of the number of flights increasing year by year,this paper tries to explore a better solution to improving the normality of flights,so as to lay the foundation for the adjustment of subsequent temporary flight plans.
