燃煤电厂锅炉燃烧运行优化策略 被引量:1

摘要 在当前社会和经济快速发展的新形势下,对于电量的需求量不断增加,这也对电厂的生产能力提出更高的要求。电厂在实际运营生产过程中,通过将燃料燃烧产生的热能转化为动能和电能,从而为居民和工业生产提供有效的电能供应。对于燃煤电厂而言,锅炉燃烧过程中存在较大的热能损耗问题,这与节能、环保和低碳的理念不相符。因此需要采取有效措施优化锅炉的燃烧运行,全面提高锅炉燃烧的效率,为电厂整体经济效益的提升打下坚实的基础。文章从燃煤锅炉的运行原理入手,分析目前燃煤锅炉运行中存在的问题,并进一步阐述燃煤电厂锅炉燃烧运行的优化策略。 In the new situation of rapid social and economic development,the demand for electricity is increasing,which also posed higher requirements for the production capacity of power plants.In the actual operation and production process of the power plant,the thermal energy produced by fuel combustion is converted into kinetic energy and electric energy,so as to provide effective power supply for residents and industrial production.For coal-fired power plants,there is a big problem of thermal energy loss in the process of boiler combustion,which is not consistent with the concept of energy saving,environmental protection and low carbon.Therefore,it is necessary to take effective measures to optimize the combustion operation of the boiler,comprehensively improve the combustion efficiency of the boiler,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement of the overall economic benefits of the power plant.Starting with the operation principle of coal-fired boiler,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of coal-fired boiler,and further expounds the optimization strategy of boiler combustion operation in coal-fired power plant.
