无损检测在航空维修中的应用研究

随着现代化技术以及信息化手段的飞速发展,社会已经进入到全新的发展阶段中,这为无损检测技术的发展起到良好的促进作用,并且在多个社会领域中,无损检测技术都起到重要作用,特别是在航空维修工作的开展进程中,更应当通过无损检测技术的应用来稳步提高维修质量以及维修效率,确保无损检测可以在航空维修过程中实现更加全面的发展进步。因此,该文首先对无损检测技术的基本概述加以明确;其次,对传统无损检测技术在航空维修中的应用展开深入分析;在此基础上,提出新型无损检测技术在航空维修中的应用措施。

With the rapid development of modern technology and information means,society has entered a new stage of development,which has played a good role in promoting the development of non-destructive testing technology,and in many social fields,non-destructive testing technology has played an important role,especially in the process of aviation maintenance.We should steadily improve the maintenance quality and maintenance efficiency through the application of non-destructive testing technology,so as to ensure that non-destructive testing can achieve more comprehensive development and progress in the process of aviation maintenance.Therefore,firstly,this paper makes clear the basic overview of NDT technology;secondly,it makes an in-depth analysis of the application of traditional NDT technology in aviation maintenance;on this basis,the application measures of new NDT technology in aviation maintenance are put forward.
