悬挂式单轨简支轨道梁横、竖向刚度研究

摘要 悬挂式单轨作为一种新型轨道交通形式具有占地少、投资少、工期短、环境适应性高、景观性好等优点,已逐渐应用于工程领域[1-4]。本文对悬挂式轨道简支轨道梁横、竖向刚度研究展开研究:首先总结归纳国内现有新型轨道交通及常规轨道交通对轨道梁横、竖向刚度指标限值规定,然后建立国内外运营线及试验线轨道梁有限元模型,对比分析各国悬挂式单轨横、竖向刚度指标;其次建立30m直线轨道梁有限元模型及车桥耦合模型,通过改变梁高控制轨道梁刚度,对轨道梁竖向刚度展开研究;最后通过设置不同的初始横向位移,研究轨道梁平稳系数与横向变形之间关系。研究结果表明:当悬挂式单轨简支轨道梁横、竖向刚度指标控制为L/1000,轨道梁具有较优的经济指标及行车舒适性。 As a new form of rail transit,suspended monorail has the advantages of less land occupation,less investment,short construction period,high environmental adaptability,and good landscape,and has been gradually applied in the engineering field[1-4].In this paper,the research on the lateral and vertical stiffness of the simply supported track beam of the suspended track was carried out:first,summarize the existing domestic new rail transit and conventional rail transit on the lateral and vertical stiffness index limits of the main beam,then,the finite element model of the track beam of the domestic and foreign operating lines and test lines was established,and the horizontal and vertical stiffness indicators of the suspended monorail in various countries were compared and analyzed.Secondly,the finite element model of the 30m linear track beam and the vehiclebridge coupling model are established,and the vertical stiffness of the track beam was studied by changing the beam height to control the stiffness of the track beam.Finally,by setting different initial lateral displacements,the relationship between track beam stability coefficient and lateral deformation was studied.The research results show that when the horizontal and vertical stiffness index of the simply supported track beam of the suspended monorail is controlled to be L/1000,the track beam has better economic index and driving comfort.
