4×40m整体式连续刚构设计研究

摘要 整体式连续刚构相较于普通刚构结构取消了边墩支座的设置,更大限度地利用了结构和材料的使用效率,边中跨均使用悬灌施工减小了施工的难度。本文通过建立不同墩高、不同跨度的整体式连续刚构有限元模型,进行结构静力分析并对比检算,总结墩高和跨度对结构的影响。结果表明:在本次工程背景下4×40m的整体式连续刚构的强度和刚度均能满足规范要求,边墩控制整体下部结构设计;主梁及桥墩应力都随着跨度增加呈增大趋势。 Compared with the ordinary rigid frame,the integral continuous rigid-frame structure cancels the setting of side pier supports,maximizes the efficiency of structure and materials,both the side and middle span are constructed by suspended grouting,which reduces the difficulty of offshore construction.In this paper,the finite element models of integral continuous rigid-frame structure with different pier height and span were established,the structural static analysis and comparative calculation were carried out,and the influence of pier height and span on the structure was summarized.The research suggested that the strength and stiffness of the integral continuous rigid-frame structure with a main span of 40m,48m and 60m can meet the requirements of the code,and the side piers control the overall substructure design.The minimum design pier heights are 12m,15m and 16m respectively;the stress of main girder and pier increases with the increase of span.
