高速公路PPP项目财务评价指标优化研究

Research on the optimization of financial evaluation indicators for expressway PPP projects

近年来我国经济飞速发展,基建规模也在不断扩大,在众多建设合作模式中PPP项目脱颖而出,被广泛应用于各类项目运营建设中。其中特别是在高速公路项目方面,PPP模式的出现极大程度解决了建设资金短缺的问题,使更多社会资本参与其中分担政府财政资金压力,从而使得高速公路发展建设得到了极大提升。以高速公路PPP项目为研究对象,分析了财务指标应用到实际中可能出现的问题,并对一些财务评价指标改进和优化进行了探索。

In recent years,my country’s economy has developed rapidly,and the scale of infrastructure construction is also expanding.PPP projects stand out among many construction cooperation models and are widely used in various project operation and construction.Especially in expressway projects,the emergence of PPP model has solved the problem of shortage of construction funds to a great extent,allowing more social capital to participate in it to share the pressure of government financial funds,thus greatly improving the development and construction of expressways.This paper takes the expressway PPP project as the research object,analyzes the problems that may arise in the application of financial indicators in practice,and explores the improvement and optimization of some financial evaluation indicators.
