约束阻尼层对钢板振动影响的试验与仿真 被引量:3

摘要 为研究不同阻尼层对结构振动特性的影响规律,基于模态应变能法和振动试验,研究钢板敷设不同厚度阻尼层和约束层前后的振动特性。对比辐射前后结构的插入损失和阻尼损耗因子,验证仿真模型的振动特性与试验具有良好的一致性。结果表明,阻尼层厚度越大,结构固有频率越低,损耗因子越高。随着阻尼层厚度的增加,自由阻尼板的减振性能变好,约束阻尼板的减振性能提升不太明显,而随着约束层厚度的增加,约束阻尼板的减振性能提升明显。 In order to study the influence law of different damping layer on structure vibration characteristics,based on the modal strain energy method and vibration test,the vibration characteristics of steel plates before and after laying the damping layers and constrained layers of different thickness are studied.The insertion losses and the damping loss factors of the structure before and after the radiation are compared,and it is verified that the vibration characteristics of the simulation model are in good agreement with those of the test.The results show that the larger the damping layer thickness,the lower the natural frequency and the higher the loss factor of the structure.With the increase of the damping layer thickness,the vibration damping performance of free damping plate becomes better,the vibration damping performance of constrained damping plate is not improved obviously,while with the increase of the constrained layer thickness,the vibration damping performance of constrained damping plate is improved obviously.
