摘要
在可见光照射和室温条件下,以10-甲基-9-均三甲苯基吖啶高氯酸盐为光催化剂,实现了氮杂环丙烯与马来酰亚胺[3+2]环加成反应,以55%~99%的产率合成了二氢吡咯[3,4-c]吡咯-1,3(2H,3aH)二酮类化合物。此外,向反应体系中加入DDQ,可一锅法得到芳构化的吡咯[3,4-c]吡咯-1,3(2H,5H)二酮。该方法具有操作简单、反应条件温和、官能团耐受性好等特点。
A visible-light-photoredox catalyzed[3+2]cyclization between 2H-azirine with maleimide has been developed with 9-mesityl-10-methylacridin-10-ium perchlorate as photocatalyst,affording a series of dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,3(2H,3aH)-dione in 55%~99%yields.In addition,by adding DDQ to the reaction system,the aromatized pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,3(2H,5H)-dione can be obtained in one pot.The method has the characteristics of simple operation,mild reaction conditions and excellent functional group compatibility.
