摘要
自2004年中文教师中国志愿者项目实施以来,中文教师志愿者已成为海外中文教育师资的主力军。由于文化、教育背景的差异,志愿者教师赴任后经常会遇到一些工作难题。以罗马尼亚首届中文教师志愿者岗中培训为例,基于对参训教师的训前需求和训后反馈跟踪调研,总结此次培训的实践经验。根据国别化中文教育的特点,对海外中文教师志愿者岗中培训的有效方案进行积极探索,以期为海外中文教师志愿者国别化、本土化岗中培训提供参考。岗中培训应以学员为中心,以需求为导向,坚持实用性、针对性、互动性和趣味性,以提高教师参与度。
Since the implementation of the Chinese language volunteer teacher program in 2004,Chinese language volunteer teachers have developed into the main force of overseas Chinese language education teachers.Volunteer teachers will still encounter a series of problems at work after taking up their posts due to differences in cultural and educational backgrounds.Taking Romania’s first in-service training for volunteer teachers as an example,this article summarizes its practical experience based on the pre-training needs and follow-up surveys of participating teachers.According to the characteristics of country-specific Chinese language education,this article plays a demonstrative and leading role in providing a reference for the country-specific and localization of in-service training for overseas Chinese volunteer teachers,by exploring the effective program plan for in-service training of volunteer teachers.In-service training should be teacher-centered,demand-oriented,adhere to practicality,pertinence,interaction and interest,and increase the degree of participation of volunteer teachers.
