摘要
通过实验,对比研究了相同级别板式化纤和袋式化纤两种典型高中效空气过滤器容尘过程中阻力与效率的性能变化,同时分析了两种过滤器的容尘能力.结果表明:在850~4250 m3/h风量范围内,袋式化纤过滤器的阻力均大于板式化纤过滤器的阻力,且两种过滤器的分级效率逐渐减小;容尘过程中,袋式化纤过滤器容尘量为板式化纤过滤器的6.4倍,当两种过滤器单位面积容尘量相同时,板式化纤过滤器的阻力增长率是袋式化纤过滤器的1.41倍;板式化纤过滤器和袋式化纤过滤器对PM2.5细颗粒物平均计重效率分别是94.8%和93.9%,能够对PM2.5浓度进行有效控制.
Through experiments,the performance changes of resistance and efficiency in the dust holding process of two typical high and medium efficiency air filters with the same level of plate type chemical fiber and bag type chemical fiber were compared,and the dust holding capacity of the two filters was analyzed.The results show that:in the air volume range of 850~4250 m3/h,the resistance of the bag type chemical fiber filter is greater than that of the plate type chemical fiber filter,and the classification efficiency of the two filters gradually decreases;in the dust holding process,the dust holding capacity of the bag type chemical fiber filter is 6.4 times that of the plate type chemical fiber filter,and the resistance growth rate of the plate type chemical fiber filter is higher than that of the bag type chemical fiber filter when the dust holding capacity per unit area of the two filters is the same.The average weight efficiency of plate type chemical fiber filter and bag type chemical fiber filter for PM2.5 fine particles is 94.8%and 93.9%respectively,which can effectively control the PM2.5 concentration.
