7月,全球能源危机加剧,煤炭和铁矿石运输呈此消彼长态势,承运船型市场也相应呈现分化走势。夏季高温推升动力煤发电需求带来全球抢运热潮,加上8月欧盟禁止进口俄罗斯煤炭转向印尼、澳大利亚等来源地,拉长船舶周转天数,支撑了运输煤炭及谷物为主的巴拿马型船市场。但铁矿石运输为主的好望角型船市场呈回调走势,拖累BDI在7月28日跌破2000点,为5个月以来的首次。7月BDI均值2077点,环比下跌13.1%,同比下跌34.8%。
The global energy crisis intensified in July.Coal and iron ore shipping showed a trend of ebbing and flow while different ship segments showed a corresponding trend of divergence.The surging demand for thermal coal pushed by by the high temperature in summer has led to a global rush for coal shipping.In addition,with EU’s ban on importing Russian coal in August,imports from Indonesia,Australia and other origins have lengthened ship turnover days and supported the Panamax segment which mainly carries coal and grains.
