溢洪道除险加固修复施工技术

Construction Technology for Danger Elimination,Reinforcement and Repair of Spillway

由于超标洪水泄洪的冲毁破坏,某水利枢纽工程溢洪道运行存在安全隐患,需进行除险加固修复。笔者分析了溢洪道水毁原因,对溢洪道水毁除险加固设计方案进行比选,重点阐述溢洪道混凝土除险加固修复施工技术,详细介绍溢洪道混凝土拆除、基础固结灌浆、混凝土修复、边坡防护等施工技术。结果表明,该除险加固修复施工满足设计要求,为类似工程除险加固修复施工提供参考。

Due to the destruction of excessive flood discharge,there are potential safety hazards in the operation of spillway of a water conservancy and hydropower project,which need to be reinforced and repaired.The authors analyze the causes of water damage of spillway,compare and select the design schemes of water damage reinforcement of spillway,focus on the concrete reinforcement and repair construction technology of spillway,and introduce in detail the construction technology of concrete demolition of spillway,foundation consolidation grouting,concrete repair and slope protection.The results show that the reinforcement and repair construction meets the design requirements,and provides reference for the reinforcement and repair construction of similar projects.
