摘要
大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)是一种危害中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana)蜂群和蜂场储存巢脾的重要鳞翅目害虫,近年来,其造成的经济损失不断扩大。目前养蜂生产中常采用一些高风险的有机化学农药或化学熏蒸剂来防治大蜡螟,但效果不佳。迫切需要一种高效、简便、绿色的防控技术。苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)是用于鳞翅目害虫治理最常见的生物杀虫剂,而且已有许多研究报道Bt防治大蜡螟的效果和可行性。由此,本综述首先对大蜡螟及其生物学特性进行简要介绍,然后分析讨论大蜡螟的危害及防治技术,最后重点概述Bt防治大蜡螟的相关研究进展情况。
The greater wax moth(Galleria mellonella)is an important pest that endangers the Apis cerana cerana Fabricius colonies and the combs stored in apiaries.At present,some high-risk organic chemical pesticides or chemical fumigation agents are often used in beekeeping to control greater wax moth,but the effect is unsatisfactory.Thus an efficient,convenient and green prevention and control technology is urgently needed.Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)is currently the most common biological insecticide for controlling lepidopteran pests,and many studies have reported the effectiveness and feasibility of Bt in controlling greater wax moth.Therefore,this review firstly introduces the greater wax moth and its biological characteristics,then analyzes and discusses the damage and control techniques of the greater wax moth,finally,the related research progress of Bt control of the greater wax moth is reviewed.
