微种植钉作为倒置阻生上颌中切牙正畸牵引旋转支点的临床应用 被引量:2

Clinical application of micro-screw as orthodontic traction and rotation fulcrum for inverted impacted maxillary central incisors

摘要 目的:将微种植钉作为倒置阻生上颌中切牙正畸牵引的旋转支点,为倒置阻生牙的正畸治疗提供新的临床思路和方法。方法:将2017年1月~2020年1月临床收治的患有倒置阻生牙的患者5例,采用外科手术开窗显露阻生牙的牙冠腭侧部分,在阻生牙的舌隆突水平近中或者远中横向植入长度为6 mm的微种植钉,微种植钉头部紧抵阻生牙舌隆突中点作为旋转支点,同时在近切缘处粘贴托槽并置牵引结扎丝,结合口内进行牵引治疗。结果:5例倒置阻生上颌中切牙均牵引到牙列的正常位置,牙齿保持健康状态。结论:微种植钉作为倒置阻生牙正畸牵引旋转支点是一种可行的治疗手段。 Objective:To provide a novel orthodontic treatment method for inverted obstructive maxillary incisors by using micro-screw as a rotational fulcrum for orthodontic traction of inverted impacted teeth.Methods:Five patients with inverted impacted teeth admitted from January 2017 to January 2020 were treated.A surgical window was used to expose the palatal portion of the crown of the impacted tooth, and a length of 6-mm micro-screw was implanted laterally at the level of lingual protuberance, either proximally or distally, of the impacted tooth, with the head of the micro-screw placed against the midpoint of lingual protuberance of the impacted tooth as a rotational fulcrum.In addition to intraoral traction treatment, a bracket was stuck near the incision edge and a traction ligature was placed.Results:All five cases of inverted obstructive maxillary central incisors were retracted to the normal position in the dentition, and the teeth remained healthy.Conclusion:A micro-screw is feasible as a rotational fulcrum for orthodontic traction of the inverted obstructed teeth.
