摘要
目的调查并分析改装舰载机飞行员的血脂及血尿酸水平,为维护飞行员健康提供依据。方法收集130名改装舰载机飞行员的年龄、血脂、血尿酸资料,比较不同年龄飞行员高脂血症及高尿酸血症检出情况;按照血脂水平分为高脂血症组和血脂正常组,比较两组飞行员高尿酸血症的检出情况。结果130名改装舰载机飞行员中高脂血症检出率为30.77%,其中高胆固醇血症检出率为10.77%,高甘油三脂血症检出率为6.92%,低高密度脂蛋白血症检出率为4.62%,混合型高脂血症检出率为8.46%;高尿酸血症检出率为16.15%。<30岁年龄组和≥30岁年龄组飞行员高脂血症的检出率分别为29.41%、33.33%,高尿酸血症的检出率分别为17.65%、11.33%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高脂血症组与血脂正常组飞行员高尿酸血症的检出率分别为30.0%和10.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.178,P<0.01)。结论本组改装舰载机飞行员中,高脂血症检出率较高,且高脂血症者的高尿酸血症检出率显著升高。提示需加强飞行员的血脂和尿酸水平管理,必要时需进行医疗干预,以延长飞行寿命,保证飞行安全。
Objective To investigate and analyze the blood lipid and blood uric acid levels of the pilots transferred to warship fighter,and provide the reference to pilot health maintenance.Methods Age,blood lipid and blood uric acid data of 130 pilots transferred to warship fighter from 2010 to 2018 were selected.The detection rate of hyperlipidemia and hyperuricemia were compared between different age groups.Meanwhile,the detection rate of hyperuricemia was compared between hyperlipidemia group and normal group.Results The detection rate of lipid abnormality accounted for 30.77%in 130 pilots,in which 10.77%cases were high total cholesterol(TC),6.92%cases were high triglyceride(TG),4.62%cases were decreased high density lipoprotein cholesterol,16.15%cases were high lipid of mixed types,and 16.15%cases were high blood uric acid(BUA).In the age group of<30 years,the detection rate of high blood lipid and high BUA was respectively 29.41%and 17.65%;In the age group of≥30 years,the detection rate of high blood lipid and high BUA was respectively 33.33%and 11.33%,which was no statistical correlation between 2 age groups(P>0.05).For hyperlipidemia group and non-hyperlipidemia group,the detection rate of hyperuricemia was 30.0%and 10.0%respectively.There was a statistical difference between 2 groups(χ^(2)=8.178,P<0.01).Conclusion This study shows that the detection rate of hyperlipidemia is high in the pilots transferred to warship fighters.The detection rate of hyperuricemia in pilots with hyperlipidemia was significantly higher than that in the pilots with normal blood lipids.It is suggested that the management of blood lipid and blood uric acid levels of pilots should be strengthened,and medical intervention should be carried out when necessary to prolong the pilot’s flight career and ensure the flight safety.
