摘要
健康服务与管理专业是新兴专业,人才培养模式不成熟,加强健康服务与管理专业人才培养已经成为实现“健康中国2030”的重要一环。当前健康服务与管理专业人才培养存在核心竞争力优势不突出、课程体系特色不明显、师资队伍结构不合理等问题。要提升健康服务与管理专业人才培养的核心竞争力,必须采用差异化培养战略,明确人才核心竞争力培养定位;优化课程体系,强化实践技能满足多元化社会需求。
Health service and management specialty is an emerging specialty,and the talent training mode is not mature.Strengthening the talent training of health service and management specialty has become an important part of realizing"healthy China 2030".At present,there are some problems in the training of health service and management professionals,such as the lack of core competitiveness,the unclear characteristics of the curriculum system,the unreasonable structure of teachers and so on.To improve the core competitiveness of health service and management professionals,we must adopt differentiated training strategy and clarify the training orientation of talent core competitiveness;Optimize the curriculum system,strengthen practical skills and meet the needs of diversified society;Build a high-quality teaching staff and improve the training quality of health service and management professionals.
