摘要
目的:了解深圳市口腔科医务人员的工作压力和付出回报满意度及其影响因素。方法:对深圳市36家医疗机构的口腔科医务人员展开问卷调研,采用描述性统计、卡方检验和二元逻辑回归分析数据。结果:20.67%的医务人员认为平时工作压力比较大,29.57%的医务人员对付出回报持有不满意态度。性别、机构性质是工作压力的影响因素,岗位类别、工作年限、机构性质和工作压力是付出回报满意度的影响因素。公立机构医务人员的工作压力是民营机构的2.61倍(P=0.006);不满意概率是民营机构的5.36倍(P<0.001),工作压力大的医务人员的不满意概率是压力小的2.83倍(P<0.001)。结论:深圳市口腔科医务人员呈现一定程度的负面工作状态,公立医疗机构医务人员在工作压力和工作回报满意度方面均差于民营医疗机构,建议在加大对口腔医师的引进和多层次培养力度的同时关注医务人员身心健康。
Objective:To study the work stress,reward satisfaction and the influencing factors of medical staff in stomatology department in Shenzhen.Methods:A questionnaire study was conducted on the medical staff of stomatology department in 36 medical institutions in Shenzhen.Descriptive statistics,chi-square test and binary logistic regression were used to analyze the data.Results:The results of analysis indicated that 20.67%of the medical staff considered their work stress was relatively high,and meanwhile 29.57%were not satisfied with their reward.Gender of them and the ownership of the institution were the significant influencing factors of work stress,and job category,years of working experience and the ownership of the institution were the significant influencing factors of reward satisfaction.The job stress of medical staff in public institutions was 2.61 times higher than private institutions(P=0.006);the probability of dissatisfaction was 5.36 times higher than private institutions(P<0.001).Conclusion:The medical staff of stomatology department in Shenzhen showed a certain degree of negative work status,and who in public medical institutions were worse than private institutions of work stress and reward satisfaction.It is suggested that the government should strengthen the recruitment and multi-level training of dentists.Meanwhile,it is necessary to pay more attention to the physical and mental health of medical staff.
