In the context of population aging,long-term care services have become the focus of the world.It reviews the reform background of the resource utilization groups in Australian long-term care services,the evaluation of geriatric care resource utilization,mix-case groups and the change of fund payment mode,to provide reference and guidance for the service resource allocation,insurance fund payment and regulation service behavior of China’s long-term care insurance system.
