ERAS联合HSS标准化康复训练在全髋关节置换术患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of ERAS combined with HSS standardized rehabilitation training in patients with total hip replacement

目的 探究快速康复外科(ERAS)联合美国特种外科医院(HSS)标准化康复训练在全髋关节置换术患者中的临床应用。方法 选取2018年3月-2019年7月就诊于我院的84例全髋关节置换术患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各42例。对照组采取ERAS干预,研究组在此基础上联合HSS标准化康复训练。比较两组的髋关节功能(Harris)评分及并发症发生率。结果 研究组护理1周、4周、8周后的Harris评分(71.29±4.20)分、(74.55±3.16)分、(79.25±2.60)分均高于对照组(66.50±4.22)分、(70.25±3.20)分、(75.25±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.214、6.196、6.217,P均<0.001);研究组护理14周内的并发症发生率4.76%低于对照组19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.087,P=0.043)。结论 ERAS联合HSS标准化康复训练可促进全髋关节置换术患者的髋关节功能恢复,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of fast track surgery(ERAS)combined with hospital of special surgery(HSS)standardized rehabilitation training in patients with total hip replacement.Methods 84 patients with total hip replacement in the hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was used ERAS intervention,and the research group was combined with HSS standardized rehabilitation training on this basis.The hip joint function(Harris)score and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results After 1,4 and 8 weeks of nursing,the Harris scores of research group(71.29±4.20)points,(74.55±3.16)points,(79.25±2.60)points were higher than those of control group(66.50±4.22)points,(70.25±3.20)points,(75.25±3.26)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.214,6.196,6.217,all P<0.001);and the incidence of complications within 14 weeks of nursing in research group was 4.76%,lower than 19.05%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.087,P=0.043).Conclusion ERAS combined with HSS standardized rehabilitation training for patients with total hip replacement can promote recovery of hip joint function and decrease the incidence of complications.
