醋酸亮丙瑞林对卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者性激素水平及卵巢储备功能的影响

Effect of leuprorelin acetate on sex hormone level and ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery

目的 研究醋酸亮丙瑞林对卵巢子宫内膜异位症(EMs)腹腔镜术后患者性激素水平及卵巢储备功能的影响。方法 选取我科113例EMs行腹腔镜手术治疗患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=56)和观察组(n=57)。对照组予腹腔镜手术治疗,观察组术前予醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗3个周期;对比两组患者治疗效果。结果 观察组手术时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、术中出血量、治疗后FSH、LH、E2、卵巢体积小于对照组,AFC多于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良事件发生率比较(P>0.05)。结论 醋酸亮丙瑞林应用于卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后患者通过抑制促性腺激素缩小病灶改善手术指标,来更好地保留卵巢储备功能及改善性激素水平,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To study the effect of leuprorelin acetate on sex hormone levels and ovarian reserve function in patients with ovarian endometriosis(EMS)after laparoscopic surgery.Methods 113 cases of EMS in our department were randomly divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=57).The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with leuprorelin acetate for 3 cycles before operation.Results The operation time,exhaust time,ambulation time,intraoperative blood loss,FSH,LH,E2,ovarian volume after treatment in the observation group were less than those in the control group,AFC was more than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the two groups was compared(P>0.05).Conclusion Leuprorelin acetate used in patients with ovarian endometriosis after laparoscopic surgery can better retain ovarian reserve function and improve sex hormone level by inhibiting gonadotropin,reducing the focus and improving the operation index,without increasing adverse reactions.
