试车台挠性件关键尺寸设计研究

摘要 针对悬挂式六分量试车台架采用的测力组件,基于材料力学知识,计算确定了测力组件核心部件挠性件的关键尺寸的取值范围。利用材料力学中拉压强度条件、压杆稳定理论以及挠曲线微分方程,对测力组件的模型进行了简化,分析了测力组件肋板厚度与其在极限受力下的强度、压杆稳定下的临界力值以及测力组件侧向刚度之间的关系,并依据强度与侧向刚度的取值大小求得了挠性件肋板厚度的取值范围。利用有限元静力学仿真分析手段,在理论求得的肋板厚度范围内,选取了5个厚度值进行强度与刚度的仿真模拟。结果表明:在理论计算得到的肋板厚度范围内,测力组件均满足强度条件,且侧向刚度大小均处于轴向刚度的0.5‰以内,验证了方法的可行性。 Taking the force measuring components used for the suspended six-component test bench as the research object,based on the knowledge of material mechanics,we calculated and determined the value ranges of the key dimensions of the flexible parts of the force measuring components.Based on the tensile or compressive strength conditions,the compression rod stability theory and the deflection curve differential equation,the model of the force measuring components was simplified.We analyzed the relationship between the rib thickness and the strength of the force measuring components under limit stress,and the relationship between the critical stress and the lateral stiffness of the force measuring components under compression rod stability.The range of the rib thickness of the flexible parts was obtained according to the strength and lateral stiffness,and five rib thickness values within the range was selected for the strength and stiffness simulation by the finite element simulation method.The results showed that within the theoretically calculated rib thickness range,the force measuring components all met the strength requirements,and the lateral stiffness was within 0.5‰of the axial stiffness.The method was proved feasible.
